The issue has been resolved, and all services are fully operational. Access to the product manuals hosted on the SharePoint site (https://wss.woodward.com/manuals) has been restored, and QR code functionality is working as expected.

We want to inform our customers and stakeholders about a security critical issue affecting access to our product manuals hosted on the SharePoint site (https://wss.woodward.com/manuals).

Due to a newly disclosed vulnerability (CVE-2025-53770), identified by Microsoft and detailed in their latest security alert (https://www.cisa.gov/news-events/alerts/2025/07/20/microsoft-releases-guidance-exploitation-sharepoint-vulnerability-cve-2025-53770), we have temporarily taken the site offline as a precautionary measure. This action impacts QR code scanning functionality and direct access to product manuals.

Our IT Security Team is actively working to resolve the issue and restore service as soon as possible. While we are prioritizing this matter, there is currently no estimated timeline for resolution.
