I have put together a info sheet of the most common Helpdesk issues I have seen as of late. If you can get the initial info listed from the customers then troubleshooting should be fairly straight forward in the future I hope.
ProTech has a very convoluted PN history so I have also included a copy of the current PN scheme and the location on the share drive. TUV certificates are also in that file.
